This Brunello shows botanical notes and fresh aromas of sage, rosemary, red currant and pomegranate, followed by hints of clove and incense. The grapes are fermented and macerated for three weeks, then aged in oak for 24 months before being blended and then aged for another six months in concrete vats. This is approachable now and will age elegantly for 10 more years.
